My wife and I stayed at Mario’s place for our honeymoon. Mario welcomed us upon arrival & gave a very detailed overview of everything in the apartment. The 4 flights of stairs took some getting used to as they are rather steep & narrow, but they were not an issue at all. The location of this place is perfection. We heavily explored Rome and Trastevere was our favorite location of anywhere in the city. Tons of great restaurants nearby & super easy to use public transportation from here. We didn’t use the terrace more than once since it is separate from the bedroom up another flight of stairs. But, it was stunning up there, with an umbrella for shade & a small table for dinning. The washer machine was a great plus as well. One note, the listing mentions shampoo but there was not any shampoo or body wash provided. Other than that it matched the listing perfectly. I highly recommend this to anyone wanting an affordable central spot in Roma.

We were warmly welcomed and quickly felt at home. The house is as shown in the pictures and so authentic that you often imagined what life must have been like in this country house in the past. The beautiful view from the terrace really helps to relax and we have had wonderful hours here. The house is very suitable for a family holiday, we were there with our older son and his girlfriend. A very special thanks to Tereza for her friendly manner and to Mario for always responding quickly to questions. Grazie Mille!!
