This was by far the bar Airbnb experience I've ever had! Mario arranged our meet up with Anna once we got off the bus in Furore. She was there right when we got off the bus and walked us down to our little house which was only a couple minutes walk from the bus stop. The house was absolutely gorgeous and extremely clean! The kitchen was already stocked with pasta, sauce and snacks. The wifi worked well, the kitchen was fully equipped and the water was always hot. The view from the house is breathtaking and there is a wonderful patio outside to enjoy it. Anna was extremely hospitable and generous. Every morning she left us cakes, cookies or pastries along with a note outside of our door. One night Anna and her husband brought us cookies and limoncello while we were on the patio. They even invited us to eat dinner with them which was very delicious as well as drink some of their own homemade wine. We really enjoyed getting to know them better. Although Furore is a little off the beaten path, it is totally worth it to stay here. The area is gorgeous and far from touristy. Amalfi and positano are only about 30mins to 1 hour away by bus. I would recommend Anna's home to anybody, it is an experience we will not forget!

Mario's home is a wonderful country paradise, full of flowers and birds, lovely views. We loved the terrace and spent most of our time there. The outdoor wood-fired oven was great too! Mario was available and responsive, and though we didn't get to meet him this time, we enjoyed meeting his friend Anton who made us very welcome and shared a bottle of his delicious homemade wine with us.
